- Subscriptions: Digital content subscriptions become active from the moment of purchase and are valid for the subscription period specified at the time of purchase.
- Discount Coupons and Gift Certificates: Purchased or earned discount coupons and gift certificates are immediately assigned to your account and become accessible from the "My Coupons" or "My Gifts" section.
- Premium Features: Premium account features are activated immediately after the purchase transaction is completed.

1.2. Delivery of Physical Products (E-Commerce)
- Seller Information: All physical products are sold and shipped by BEŞDÖRT - Zendey Media Yazılım ve Sosyal Medya LTD ŞTİ. There are no third-party sellers.
- Delivery Time: The standard delivery time for physical products is 3-7 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Product shipping time is 1-3 business days, and cargo delivery time is 2-4 business days. These periods may vary depending on the delivery address, stock status, and other logistical factors.
- Delivery Tracking: When your order is shipped, you will be informed with a shipping tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can also track your order status from the "My Orders" section in the application.
- Cargo Companies: Our deliveries are made through contracted cargo companies (Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, PTT Kargo, etc.).
- Delivery Fee: Delivery fees may vary depending on the order amount, shipping distance, and the selected delivery method. The delivery fee will be clearly stated on the payment page before order confirmation.
- Free Delivery: Free delivery option may be offered for orders above a certain amount or as part of campaigns organized from time to time.
- Delivery Address: Please enter correct and complete delivery address information when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays that may occur due to incorrect addresses.
1.3. Points to Consider During Delivery
- Before accepting the product, check if there is any damage on the package.
- If the package looks damaged, it is recommended to inform the courier and have a report prepared and not to accept the product.
- In case of any dispute during delivery, open the package in the presence of the courier to check its contents and have a report prepared if necessary.
- In case the product is delivered incorrectly, damaged, or incomplete, inform Customer Services as soon as possible.
2. Return Policy

- Technical Issues: If the purchased digital product is unusable or does not carry the features specified in the descriptions, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Subscription Cancellation: Auto-renewing subscriptions can be canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. The cancellation process ensures that the subscription remains active until the end of the current period and stops automatic renewal.
- Erroneous Transactions: For payments made by mistake or repeated, you can request a return within 7 days from the transaction date.
2.2. Return of Physical Products (E-Commerce)
Right of Withdrawal: According to the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days from the date you received the physical product without showing any reason and without paying any penalty.
Return Conditions:
- Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- It is mandatory to return the invoice, warranty certificate, and all other accessories completely with the product.
- There should be no signs of use, changes, or modifications on the product.
- Labels and packaging materials should not be damaged.

- Your return request is evaluated and approved.
- After approval, send the product to the specified address (within 10 days at the latest).
- After the product reaches us, quality control is performed.
- If the return is deemed appropriate, the product price is refunded according to your chosen method.
- Payment refund is processed according to your chosen method after return approval.
Refund Methods:
- The refund amount is returned according to your preferred method:
- a) To the in-app digital wallet (fast refund - instant)
- b) To the original payment method (credit card, bank account - 7-14 business days)
- The wallet refund option is faster and can be used instantly
- You can transfer your wallet balance to your bank account free of charge at any time
- You can choose your refund method when requesting a return
- Payment refund is processed according to your chosen method after return approval
Return Shipping Fee:
- In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee of the product is covered by you.
- In cases where the product is defective/damaged or the wrong product is sent, the return shipping fee will be covered by our company.
- In damaged product returns, the shipping fee is also refunded according to your chosen refund method.
2.3. Non-Returnable Products
Returns of products are not accepted in the following cases:
- If the 7-day right of withdrawal period from the delivery date has passed
- If the product has been used, damaged, or its original packaging has been damaged
- Products that are not suitable in terms of hygiene and health and have been opened after delivery (cosmetics, underwear, etc.)
- Single-use products
- Products that deteriorate quickly or may expire (food products, etc.)
- Products that have been produced or personalized specifically for you
- Copyable software and programs whose packaging has been opened after delivery
- If digital content has been delivered and started to be used
- Other products that cannot be returned due to their nature
2.4. Advertising Campaign Cancellation and Refund
Special cancellation and refund conditions apply for paid advertising campaigns you create through the BEŞDÖRT - Zendey Media Yazılım ve Sosyal Medya LTD ŞTİ application.
Cancellation Right:
- For advertising campaigns, instead of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel at any time.
- You can cancel any active advertising campaign at any time.
- The cancellation process is carried out instantly through the application.
Refund Calculation:
- Advertising fees are calculated on a daily basis.
- In case of cancellation, the fee for the remaining days of the campaign is automatically calculated.
- Example: If you cancel your 7-day campaign worth 7,000 TL on the 3rd day, 4,000 TL for the remaining 4 days is refunded to your digital wallet.
- No refund is made for past (published) days.
Refund Process:
- When your cancellation request is approved, the amount calculated for the remaining time is automatically transferred to your digital wallet.
- The refund process is completed within 24 hours at the latest.
- The amount refunded to your wallet can be used for all in-app payments.
Inappropriate Content:
- If your advertising content is found to be contrary to social rules, legal regulations, or application policies, the campaign may be canceled by BEŞDÖRT - Zendey Media Yazılım ve Sosyal Medya LTD ŞTİ.
- In this case, no refund may be made or a partial refund may be applied.
3. Refund Process

- The wallet refund option is faster and can be used instantly
- You can transfer your wallet balance to your bank account free of charge at any time
- You can choose your refund method when requesting a return
- Payment refund is processed according to your chosen method after return approval
Digital Product Returns:
- Digital products generally cannot be returned.
- For exceptional cases (technical issues, erroneous transactions, etc.), the refund amount can be added to your e-wallet balance.
- Digital product refunds are processed instantly.
Advertising Campaign Cancellation:
- For advertising campaign cancellations, refunds are automatically made to the digital wallet.
- The amount calculated for the remaining days is reflected in your wallet within 24 hours at the latest.
E-Wallet Balance Usage:
- You can make all in-app purchases with your wallet balance (e-commerce, advertising, digital content, etc.).
- You can transfer your balance to your bank account within 1-3 business days when requested.
- Minimum limits and daily limits may apply for withdrawal transactions.
3.2. Partial Refunds
- If you want to return only a part of your order, a partial refund will be made for the amount of the products to be returned.
- If a discount or promotion has been applied to the order, the calculation will be made taking into account the discount rate.
- The partial refund amount is refunded according to your chosen refund method (digital wallet or original payment method).
- If the shipping fee was calculated over the total order, it may be re-evaluated in case of partial refund.
3.3. Refund Tracking
- You can track the status of refund processes from the "My Orders" or "My Return Requests" section in the application.
- Additionally, you will be informed via email or SMS at each stage of the process.
- You can track the transaction status according to your chosen refund method.
- You receive instant notifications when the refund is approved and reflected in your account.
4. Product Exchange
The following processes apply if you want to exchange the physical product you purchased with another product:
4.1. Exchange Conditions
- The exchange request must be made within 7 (seven) days from the date you received the product.
- The product sent for exchange must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, invoice, and documents must be complete with the product.
4.2. Exchange Process and Pricing
- Contact the "My Orders" section in the application or Customer Services for product exchange.
- Choose your refund method (digital wallet or original payment method).
- After your exchange request is approved, return the current product.
- After the returned product is examined, the product price is refunded according to your chosen method.
- You can purchase the new product (you can use your wallet balance or other payment methods).
Price Difference Situations:
- If the new product price is higher: You need to make an additional payment for the difference amount.
- If the new product price is lower: The difference amount is refunded according to your chosen refund method.
- You can specify your refund method during the exchange.
Shipping Fees:
- The return shipping fee is covered by you.
- A separate delivery fee is applied for the new product.
- In damaged/defective product exchanges, both shipping fees are covered by our company.
