In particular, financial records and invoice information cannot be deleted until the legal retention periods have expired.

E-commerce transactions carried out through the BEŞDÖRT - Zendey Media Yazılım ve Sosyal Medya LTD ŞTİ application operate only on a B2C (Business to Consumer) model.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The BEŞDÖRT - Zendey Media Yazılım ve Sosyal Medya LTD ŞTİ application is NOT a marketplace. The sole and exclusive seller, supplier, and responsible party for all products offered for sale through the application is BEŞDÖRT - Zendey Media Yazılım ve Sosyal Medya LTD ŞTİ. Application users, third parties, or other companies CANNOT sell products through the application. All commercial transactions are carried out directly with our company, and all legal responsibilities belong to our company.

10.1. Order and Delivery

  • Users can purchase products by adding them to the cart
  • Purchased products are delivered to the address specified by the user through contracted cargo companies
  • The delivery process and cargo tracking information can be tracked through the application

10.2. Return and Cancellation Right

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, users have the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) days after receiving the product
  • Return requests can be submitted through the application or our customer service channels
  • You can choose your refund method during the return request (digital wallet or original payment method)

Refund Methods:

  • The refund amount is returned according to your preferred method:
    • a) To the in-app digital wallet (fast refund - instant)
    • b) To the original payment method (credit card, bank account - 7-14 business days)
  • The wallet refund option is faster and can be used immediately
  • You can transfer your wallet balance to your bank account free of charge at any time

Non-returnable products and special conditions are specified in detail in the Distance Sales Agreement.

11. In-App Wallet System

The BEŞDÖRT - Zendey Media Yazılım ve Sosyal Medya LTD ŞTİ application offers users a digital wallet service based on Turkish Lira (TL).

11.1. Wallet Usage

  • Your wallet balance is in Turkish Lira (TL)
  • You can deposit money to your wallet and use it for all in-app payments
  • Refunds from product returns are directly credited to your wallet
  • In case of advertising cancellations, the calculated refund for the remaining period is reflected in your wallet

11.2. Security

  • Wallet transactions are carried out using a secure payment infrastructure
  • All financial transactions are made through encrypted channels and recorded
  • Suspicious activities are constantly monitored and necessary security measures are taken

11.3. Transaction History

  • All your wallet transactions (deposit, spending, refund) can be viewed through the application
  • Financial transaction records are kept for the periods specified by legal regulations

12. Advertising System and Cancellation Policy

Users can create paid advertising campaigns through the BEŞDÖRT - Zendey Media Yazılım ve Sosyal Medya LTD ŞTİ application.

12.1. Advertising Creation and Payment

  • Users can create advertising campaigns for specific periods (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 30 days)
  • Advertising fees are calculated on a daily basis and collected before the campaign starts
  • Payment can be made from your wallet balance or other payment methods

12.2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You can cancel your advertising campaign at any time
  • In case of cancellation, the calculated fee for the remaining days is refunded to your in-app wallet
  • Example: If you paid 7,000 TL for a 7-day ad and canceled it on the 3rd day, 4,000 TL for the remaining 4 days will be refunded to your wallet
  • The refund calculation is done automatically and reflected in your wallet instantly
  • No refund is made for past days

12.3. Advertising Content Responsibility

  • It is the user's responsibility to ensure that advertising content complies with legal regulations and application rules
  • If inappropriate or misleading advertising content is detected, the ad may be removed and no refund may be made

13. Apple App Store and Google Play Store Compliance

This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements.

13.1. Data Collection and Transparency

  • All data categories collected by our application are clearly stated in this policy
  • Financial data, location data, and personal information collected from users are explained in detail
  • How your data is used and who it is shared with is stated transparently

13.2. User Control and Consent

  • User permission is obtained for the collection of sensitive data (location, camera, notifications, etc.)
  • Users can delete their accounts and data at any time (except for legal retention periods)
  • They can opt out of marketing communications at any time
